Before the fine print
These are the terms of use for this website only. They are not a services contract: if we run advertising for you as a client, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between us, and that agreement — not this page — controls the work.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using lightandlifeway.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with them, the remedy is simple and immediate: please do not use the Site. We may update the Terms from time to time as described in Section 11, and your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Who operates this website
The Site is operated by LIGHT AND LIFE WAY LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA (Filing No. 2024-001462627), with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we,” “us,” or the “Company”). You can reach us at info@lightandlifeway.com.
An informational site — not a client contract
The Site exists to describe who we are and what we do. Nothing on it constitutes an offer, a guarantee of results, or professional advice for your specific situation. Descriptions of our services are general in nature.
Client engagements are governed by separate written agreements. If you engage us to provide marketing or advertising services, the terms of that engagement — scope, fees, responsibilities, warranties, liability — are set out in a written agreement signed by both parties. In any conflict between such an agreement and these Terms, the written agreement controls with respect to the services.
Permitted use of the Site
You may browse the Site, and view, download, or print its pages for your own personal or internal business reference. You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that violates applicable law;
- copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission;
- misrepresent your affiliation with us, or use our name or branding to suggest an endorsement that does not exist;
- attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or the infrastructure that serves it;
- scrape or harvest data from the Site by automated means for commercial exploitation, or use Site content to train systems in violation of applicable law or these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — text, design, graphics, logos, and the arrangement of all of it — are the property of LIGHT AND LIFE WAY LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. The “Light and Life Way” name and the sunrise mark are identifiers of our company.
Except for the limited viewing rights described in Section 4, no license or right in the Site’s content is granted to you. Third-party names or marks that may appear on the Site belong to their respective owners.
No warranty
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep the information on it accurate and current, but we make no representations or warranties of any kind — express or implied — about the Site’s completeness, accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we disclaim all such warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Information on the Site is general and informational. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice, and advertising outcomes described in general terms are never a promise of results in your particular case.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LIGHT AND LIFE WAY LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the same extent, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the greatest extent the law allows. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
For clarity: liability in connection with client services is addressed in the written agreement that governs the engagement, not by this section.
Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. They are provided for convenience only. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse their content, and we are not responsible for what you find on them or for their privacy and security practices. Following a link from our Site to anywhere else is at your own discretion and risk.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LIGHT AND LIFE WAY LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or of applicable law.
Governing law and venue
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA — the state in which LIGHT AND LIFE WAY LLC is organized — without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
You agree that the exclusive venue for any such dispute shall be the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your place of residence, where they apply by law, remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time — for example, when the Site or the law changes. The current version, with its effective date, is always published at lightandlifeway.com/terms-of-service. Changes apply from the moment they are posted and do not apply retroactively.
Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Site.
